Fashion Hits and Misses at the Cannes Film Festival

At the Dolce and Gabbana Party for the Cannes Film Festival, Lindsay Lohan looked gorgeous from the waist up, but the skirt of her dress was a little too mini for my taste- the proportions were all wrong. It looks like she is wearing a designer apron!
